5 business days after payment is received and all materials are submitted and approved to start. Business days exclude weekends/major holidays. If materials arrive in parts, turnaround starts the next business day after the final item is received.
Delivery formats
Signature services deliver 16:9; social highlights deliver 9:16; obituary voice tributes include both. High-quality 1080p MP4 (4K available on request).
Music policy: Use properly licensed royalty-free music for online sharing. If you have a preferred song, we can design around it for venue playback.

After payment, you’ll receive a secure upload link for your photos/videos and any text. Turnaround begins the next business day after payment is received and all materials are submitted and approved to start.
